Distinguished Engineer is UiPath's most senior individual contributor role. You'll join the CTO's extended leadership team to drive strategic technical initiatives and partner with senior leaders across the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical leadership and guidance across product and engineering

· Lead advanced R&D initiatives and identify emerging technologies

· Collaborate on company's technical strategy with senior executives

· Mentor senior engineering talent and foster innovation

· Oversee complex system design and architecture

· Collaborate across departments to ensure effective technical solutions

· Represent UiPath at conferences and in professional communities

· Solve high-impact technical challenges

Required Qualifications

· 15+ years of experience in software engineering or related field

· Experience leading initiatives with pro-developers and the open-source community

· Proven innovation track record and R&D leadership

· Deep technical expertise in relevant domains

· Strong leadership and mentorship abilities

· Exceptional communication skills

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
