  • Ensure allocation of capital is optimized by leading financial evaluation of our strategic roadmap and influencing prioritization decisions based on data.
  • Identify most critical initiatives to achieve Company performance, with emphasis on Cash Flow positivity, and ensure ongoing visibility to their progress and outcomes. Partner with business leaders to remediate performance issues.
  • Lead financial evaluation of new products/lines of business to ensure understanding of the business/financial value.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models that support scenario analysis, capital allocation decisions, and MA evaluations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, providing financial insights that shape business priorities.
  • Translate all new business opportunities into impact to long range profitability and influence pricing accordingly.

Financial Analysis Reporting

  • Drive board-level and executive reporting, ensuring clear, accurate, and actionable insights.
