Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
JOB SUMMARY
Our Order Fulfillment Agent is responsible for picking, processing, and packaging all customer orders appropriately before leaving the facility for delivery. This role works closely with Order Fulfillment Lead agents to ensure customer orders are accurate, complete, and arranged in accordance with Cresco's quality standards and state regulations.
CORE JOB DUTIES
- Appropriately applying labels to all products for shipment. Confirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goods.
- Confirming products’ unit counts and labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections or complaints from customers.
- Staging, packing, and sealing all finished orders for delivery
- Weighing and recording packages gross weight prior to shipment
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
- Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
- Works well with all peers
- Effective communication skills
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
- Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
- Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Pay Range
$19 - $19 USD
