Who You Are:

You are searching for your opportunity to impact the experience of SaaS prospects at the very start of their customer journey. You thrive on sparking interest and guiding potential customers toward the value of the HighLevel platform before they even begin their trial. Your strategic and creative thinking skills allow you to identify and connect with the right prospects, whether they come to us or we reach out to them. You’re comfortable running engaging software demos, answering pre-trial questions, and inspiring prospects to take the next step. You flourish in our dynamic, performance-based atmosphere that gives you autonomy to work independently while collaborating closely with other teams. Tie it all together with an “all hands on deck” attitude, excellent communication, and strong time management skills — and this is the job for you.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate best-in-class service and be a subject matter expert on how HighLevel can solve a prospect’s business challenges. You will have experience working in a high-performance, high-accountability environment, are comfortable switching gears quickly, and are passionate about helping people discover the right solutions. Your excellent communication skills and working knowledge of the SaaS/marketing landscape will serve you well.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively engage with self-serve users to drive trial activation, adoption, and conversion.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and in-app signals to encourage trial engagement.
  • Guide users through onboarding flows, product features, and best practices to accelerate time-to-value.
  • Align product capabilities to user goals, needs, and business objectives to maximize trial success.
  • Build rapport and trust with users to inspire trial completion and subscription conversion.
  • Effectively communicate the HighLevel value proposition to create urgency and interest in upgrading.
  • Address user questions, challenges, and objections with confidence, ensuring a smooth trial experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, engagement metrics, and feedback in CRM and analytics systems.
  • Collaborate with Trial Experience, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize trial flows, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Execute engagement strategies (email, in-app messaging, etc.) to keep users active and progressing through the trial.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven ability to guide users through product onboarding and drive trial activation and adoption.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain software features clearly to non-technical users.
  • Working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, social media management, digital advertising, website/funnel building, and SEO.
  • Experience using—or quickly learning—various CRM platforms, communication tools, and in-app engagement systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and common social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated to meet and exceed engagement, adoption, and conversion targets.
  • Ability to translate complex product concepts into simple, actionable steps for self-serve users.
  • Strong critical thinking, active listening, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to evolving product features, onboarding flows, and engagement strategies.
  • Positive, self-starter mindset with a track record of thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience/Education/Certifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
  • 2–3 years in a business development, SDR, BDR, or pre-sales role - especially in SaaS or technical sales
