What Will You Do?

• Oversee the planning, development, and launch of multiple websites built on WordPress and other platforms, ensuring they meet client goals and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
• Work with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review and approve all work to ensure accessibility, SEO best practices, and overall quality.
• Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Can articulate well and speak English at a professional level.
• Have at least 2 years of experience managing WordPress development projects in a digital marketing agency.
• Have strong knowledge and experience in WordPress development, as well as familiarity with other CMS platforms.
• Have strong organizational and project management skills.

Highly Desired:

• Experience in custom WordPress plugin development project management.
• Coding experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or other web dev languages.

Work-timings:

• Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
