Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)- - Salesforce Location: Seattle -WA Concentrix is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains, drive cross-team collaboration, and manage end-to-end release processes across dynamic Salesforce programs. Responsibilities:

• Lead PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and ART ceremonies
• Oversee multi-team Salesforce delivery and platform alignment
• Step in as Scrum Master when needed
• Own and manage the full release lifecycle across environments
• Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD (Copado experience is a big plus)
• Track ART performance and provide visibility via dashboards

Required:

• 5+ years in Agile roles (RTE, Scrum Master, Program Manager)
• 3+ years of Salesforce project experience
• Strong SAFe, Scrum, and Jira expertise
• Salesforce and/or SAFe certifications preferred
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Enterprise Salesforce implementation experience
• CI/CD and DevOps familiarity (especially Copado)
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
