Job Description
We currently require a part-time Council Tax Reduction/ Housing Benefit Business Consultant to join our established team, the role will be part-time, working Monday to Thursday. The Consultancy team comprises consultants with specialist knowledge of systems and services including NEC s Local Government Revenues & Benefits products, Data Migration Services, Systems Integration and Interfaces. The successful candidate will bring their skills and experience in Council Tax Reduction & Housing Benefit to extend the capabilities of the team and will be keen to both share and extend their own knowledge within the team.
Qualifications
Essential Skills Expertise and extensive up-to-date knowledge in the following business area Benefits (CTR/CTS and Housing Benefits) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to problem solve in demanding... circumstances. Ability to work on your own or part of a team and on multiple projects in parallel. UK Driving license and willing to work away from home as required. Desirable Skills Integration / Interfaces (with NEC R&B products) Experience of working with customers and / or external agencies. Experience of delivering training and / or seminars.
