As a Media Buyer, you will provide support across several ad operations functions; namely setting up new YouTube video campaigns. This position requires a good mix of operational and people skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment where service and urgency make a difference. Primary duties include:

  • Campaign

Setup: Lead the setup of new YouTube ad campaigns in DV360 and Google Ads with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Campaign Delivery

and Performance: Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot delivery issues and platform flags or limitations.

  • Campaign

Optimization: Monitor and analyze the campaign throughout the flight to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions for optimization. Work with the team to proactively address pacing concerns and communicate any/all changes to internal parties.

  • Campaign

Insights: Provide details for Wrap Decks, Lift Study results, and on-going performance for analysis and data storytelling

  • Campaign Quality

and Brand Suitability: Ensure clients are running exclusively in brand suitable environments by regularly analyzing video placement reports.

  • DSP Support and Technical Implementation:

Support the linking of various accounts, 3P measurement, tag implementation and QA. Launch various Google product features and are comfortable with understanding vendor help docs and dashboards. Additional duties may include:

  • Assisting

the product and marketing teams with ad spec requirements.

  • Creation of test campaigns for troubleshooting or testing

new features.

  • Assist the Accounts team with ad hoc reports or client

questions regarding their buy.

  • Supporting the Sales and

Account Management team on client strategies.

  • Data storytelling using various

performance metrics. What are we looking for? The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team member with the following skillset:

  • 2+ years of experience buying and running YouTube video

advertising in an end-to-end operations capacity.

  • Expert media buying experience

within Google DSPs (Google Ads and DV360 preferred)

  • Google Ads/DV360

certification and hands-on experience with YouTube advertising, including proficiency with latest platform features.

  • Proficient in Microsoft

Excel.

  • Familiarity

with Looker and Tableau reporting software.

  • Understanding of video media

campaign strategies (CPM/CPV/CPA), campaign optimization, and reporting analysis.

  • Agency or large brand experience is a

plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, related field

or relevant experience. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities:

record exhibiting high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and very low data-entry error rate.

  • Self-Starter: someone who gets things done, can follow broad

instructions, work with minimal supervision and be diligent and eager to learn (start-up mentality)
