About the Role

You’ll serve as a Web Chat Representative, answering real-time support requests from customers who need help accessing content, resetting login credentials, applying coupon codes, or updating their subscription settings. Training Process – Step-by-step 2-hour onboarding session – Simulated chat exercises with review – QA-monitored first shift with feedback – Paid work typically starts within 3–5 days of onboarding Sample Work Session During a Monday shift from 11 AM to 4 PM, you support a customer who lost their password, assist another in canceling an outdated subscription, and walk a third through accessing a new member bonus.
