Document and track all customer interactions using the company’s system. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient with computer systems, including customer service software and CRM tools. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace.
