Senior Quality Assurance Analyst (Remoe - US)

In this role, you’ll ensure the quality and performance of digital platforms by testing both web and mobile experiences in a dynamic eCommerce environment. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, enhance user experience, and maintain a seamless product delivery cycle. Accountabilities: Perform manual QA testing on mobile apps and websites, ensuring functionality, visual integrity, accurate copy, and strong usability across devices and browsers. Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA, partnering closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to ensure issues are resolved effectively. Test mobile applications on a variety of devices and iOS/Android versions to maintain cross-platform consistency. Validate eCommerce experiences on desktop, tablet, and mobile, optimizing across all major browsers and viewports. Stay agile and adaptable to creative and technical changes while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Requirements ~6+ years of manual QA testing experience in web and mobile applications within an eCommerce setting. ~ Proficiency in JIRA and familiarity with other QA and development tools. ~ Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and collaborative product development workflows. ~ Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams alongside developers, designers, and product managers. ~ Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. ~ Passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences and identifying areas for continuous improvement. ~ Preferred: experience with Magento testing and related operations.
