Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a focus on multi-unit or corporate environments.
  • Proven success in senior leadership roles such as General Manager or F&B Director.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring managers and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Experienced in developing and executing long-term strategies to enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Expertise in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
  • Proficient in streamlining operations, managing inventory, and maintaining consistency across outlets.
  • Collaborative approach to working with culinary and beverage teams to deliver market-responsive offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Committed to maintaining high guest satisfaction and proactively resolving service issues.
  • Advanced proficiency with restaurant management software, POS systems, and inventory control platforms.
