Hey there! We're looking for a super-talented Senior Remote Critical Power Systems Analyst to join our crew. This isn't just any old desk job—you'll be our go-to expert, helping our on-site teams and clients in the Chicago area from the comfort of your own home. It's a really important job because you'll make sure our crucial power systems, like those big UPS batteries, are always up and running!

What You'll Be Doing You'll be the ultimate remote troubleshooter, helping our on-site techs fix all sorts of tricky issues with UPS systems and other power gear.

You'll guide the team through diagnostics and repairs using cool digital tools and virtual meetings. It's like being right there with them, but without the commute!

You'll get to analyze system data to spot problems before they even happen and suggest ways to fix them.

You'll create helpful guides and training materials to make sure everyone knows what they're doing.

You'll team up with our engineers to share what you've learned and help make our equipment even better.

You'll be the top expert, the last stop for any tough technical problems.

Of course, you'll need to follow all our security rules to keep everything safe.

What We're Looking For You've got at least 8 years of experience as a tech working with critical power systems. That's a lot!

You're an expert when it comes to maintaining and fixing equipment from major UPS brands like Eaton, Schneider Electric, and others.

You know your way around electrical theory and technical blueprints.

You're a great communicator and can explain complicated stuff in a way that anyone can understand.

You're a total pro at working independently and can handle multiple projects like a champ.

Any certifications you have in electronics or power systems would be a huge plus!

Money & Perks The salary for this position is definitely competitive and will be based on your experience. For the Chicago area, you can expect to make somewhere between $95,000 and $125,000 a year.
