The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Guide customers through the ordering procedure online.</li> <li>Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved.</li> <li>Take advantage of a range of software tools to address client inquiries.</li> <li>Help consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.</li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <strong>BASIC REQUIREMENTS</strong> <ul> <li>A high school graduation or its equivalent; Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries.</li> <li>Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders.
