As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional support to our customers through our live chat system, assisting them with inquiries about our exquisite jewelry collections and ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing friendly and accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, including processing, shipping information, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions in our system to assist with future inquiries.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Embody a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
