We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Woodbridge / Perth Amboy area. We offer flexible per diem scheduling as well as the option to take on a full caseload, ideal for BCBAs looking for consistent hours, dependable income, and ongoing clinical support. What You’ll Do

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)
  • Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs / Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers
  • Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach
  • Monitor and adjust programs based on data and team input

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification and NJ license
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Experience in home-based ABA or community settings preferred
  • Strong documentation, supervision, and communication skills
  • Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
