Success Attorney Position Available Now - Fully Remote! $80K-$100K+/yr

About the Company: Unbundled Attorney is a legal lead generation company on a mission to transform the affordability and accessibility of legal services across North America. We have a national network of 500+ Family Law, Estate/Probate, Immigration, Criminal / DUI, Bankruptcy, Landlord / Tenant, Real Estate and Traffic attorneys across the United States that utilize our services to help them grow their law practices. Each attorney we work with provides both "unbundled" or "limited scope" legal services, as well as affordable payment plans for full representation, in an effort to provide legal help to lower and middle income families in an affordable way, while building a highly profitable practice. In order to help ensure the success of each of our Unbundled Attorneys, we connect them with an attorney mentor, who we refer to as their "Dedicated Success Attorney" who is responsible for educating them on the best practices of converting their leads into paying clients. We currently have 5 Dedicated Success Attorneys on our team, and are looking to hire an additional 3-4 Success Attorneys within the next 2-4 weeks. Job Title: Dedicated Success Attorney Responsibilities:

• Teach our attorneys how to successfully convert their leads into paying clients, and generate a profitable return on their advertising investment.
• Review each lead our new Unbundled Attorneys receive and provide guidance and feedback to help them learn how to deliver unbundled services and affordable payment plans in various case scenarios
• Educate our attorneys on how to draft limited scope retainer agreements, structure “a la carte” and “pay-as-you-go” service options, and explain them effectively to clients
• Show our attorneys how to leverage legal technology to deliver legal services in a highly efficient, cost-effective and profitable manner
• Teach our attorneys how to scale their practices through hiring additional team members, opening additional offices and other strategies.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with a Bar Association in the United States.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a private law practice in at least ONE of the following areas of law: Family, Criminal / DUI, Immigration, Estate Planning/Probate, Bankruptcy, Landlord / Tenant, Traffic, Real Estate
• Must be highly proficient and capable on a computer and using applications like Zoom, Microsoft Office or Mac equivalent, Slack, Digital Calendars, etc.
• Exceptional communication, conflict management and active listening skills.
• Must have a genuine interest in mentoring our attorneys and helping them learn how to build highly profitable law practices through providing affordable legal services to lower and middle income families.
• Understand the importance of shifting access to justice in North America, and be excited about being part of a mission driven company that is committed to achieving this aim.

Job Type:

• Independent contractor role (Expected commitment of 35-40 hours per week)
• This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position. This means you can work from anywhere in the USA, or around the world.

Compensation:

• Starting Base Compensation is $6,500 per month ($78k per year)
• Success Attorneys also receive bonus compensation for each lead that the Unbundled Attorneys you are mentoring pay for.
• This grows over time and will typically range from an additional $2,000 to $4,000 per month depending on the retention rate of the Unbundled Attorneys you are mentoring, how many leads they are receiving and how many attorneys you are actively mentoring.
