POSITION: Liv Global Digital Marketing Specialist LOCATION: Giant USA (Newbury Park, California) Hybrid REPORTS TO: Global Brand Manager – Liv We're seeking a dynamic Digital and Social Media Specialist to join our team and amplify Liv’s global brand presence. This role combines creative content development, strategic social media management, and comprehensive team support to drive community engagement and growth. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about women’s sports, loves storytelling and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a key voice for the Liv brand and a connector with our cycling communities. Liv Global Digital Marketing Specialist Job Summary The primary responsibility of the Global Digital Marketing Specialist - Liv is to coordinate and implement global brand and product marketing digital campaigns and initiatives. To accomplish this goal the Global Digital Marketing Specialist will be directly responsible for the following marketing activities: (1) Web and Social Media Execution (2) Content Development Support (3) General Global Marketing Support.

Key Responsibilities

Web and Social Media Execution

  • Manage and execute strategic web content to ensure strong performance
  • Create compelling, high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, and copy that resonates with our cycling and outdoor adventure community
  • Manage and execute Liv global content calendar and social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness across all platforms
  • Promote growth of direct communication with consumers through email marketing and social media engagement, as well as relevant content and targeted promotions
  • Foster active community engagement by monitoring social media activity, responding promptly to comments and messages, and maintaining authentic brand voice
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate detailed reports with actionable insights, and continuously optimize content strategy based on data-driven results
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of social/digital agency partners
  • Manage email marketing processes and collaborate on strategic development of templates, ecommerce flows, and performance reporting using Klaviyo (EDM) platform

Content Development Support

  • Collaborate with brand team to develop and execute compelling campaigns, web pages and content
  • Collaborate with bike and gear product marketing teams to develop and execute compelling content to support product launches
  • Manage and distribute global marketing assets to colleagues worldwide
  • Assist consumer-facing content creation: videos, photography, and other assets as needed

Global Marketing Support

  • Provide support at global marketing events and launches as needed
  • Provide on-going input and involvement to shape global marketing strategy and direction
  • Collaborate with MarTech team and partners to identify and leverage future digital tools and best practices
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure timely and accurate brand communications and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing for a consumer brand or agency
  • Competency in Web, digital tools and graphic design programs preferred
  • Working HTML & SEO knowledge preferred, with an understanding of both content development and technical implementation
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to analyze and communicate data to drive decisions
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
  • Passion for cycling and keen understanding of cycling culture
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
