As a Receiving Colleague, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks
• Sorting and organizing merchandise based on type, size, or category
• Processing and signing for merchandise in accordance with productivity standards and timelines
• Stockroom management, including transferring merchandise to the sales floor and assisting with fixture and merchandise movement
• Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals and maintain a positive work environment

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Self-starters who can adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
• Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
