As a Group Home Staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in fun activities and outings with residents
• Assisting with daily living skills, such as budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping
• Mentoring residents to learn new skills and try new experiences
• Providing emotional support and guidance to promote independence and confidence

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Be willing to learn and grow with our organization (no experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training)
