Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. This is a remote opportunity, offering a hybrid work model that combines remote work with time in our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training for technicians in areas of expertise
• Act as a mentor to other engineers and provide technical guidance
• Lead project management and issue resolution efforts
• Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with industry standards and company manuals
• Develop customized procedures and special instructions for repairs, modifications, and other maintenance activities
• Analyze aircraft/part issues and determine corrective actions
• Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues and restore aircraft to serviceable status

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 1 year of engineering experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree
• A&P license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze technical data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
