We're seeking a highly skilled Sr Data Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Immediate to Buyer Item and Tech Examination group, you will support the business by analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Job Description:

In this role, you will:

• Develop analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise to improve the customer experience and increase conversions
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate on the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (e.g., t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, factor analysis) to understand customer behavior and drive business outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills
• Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects with significant business impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership

Nice to Have:

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
• Experience with marketing landing pages, join funnel, and business spaces
• Consulting background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience
• Strong motivation and ability to work independently
