We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Assistant to join our team at Express, Inc. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of our Go-To-Market strategy and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a liaison between internal cross-functional teams and our domestic/international vendor base
• Managing inventory levels, tracking orders, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders
• Coordinating sample management, including requesting and tracking samples from external vendors
• Leading communication for upcoming order responsibilities and providing updates to internal and external teams
• Supporting Senior/Production Coordinators in executing the Go-To-Market schedule and company initiatives
• Analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to the cross-functional team

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/purchasing or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and think critically
