We're seeking a passionate and experienced Academic Specialist to join our team at Byju's, a leading education technology company. As an Academic Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4-10, providing online audio/video classes, and clarifying doubts to strengthen their understanding of Science and Mathematics concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online audio/video classes and provide error-free step-by-step solutions to student queries
• Create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and outcomes
• Collaborate with our team to achieve educational goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in teaching or education, with a strong passion for creating an impact in the field
• Strong subject knowledge in Science and Mathematics for grades 4-10
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and camera-facing skills
• Ability to adapt to new concepts, tools, and technologies
• Self-driven, quick learner, and able to multi-task and think creatively
