We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Quality Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of games available on the Luna platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Download, install, and rigorously test games, Fire TV apps, and other digital content to ensure adherence to Amazon's content policies and quality standards for Luna.
• Collaborate with program management teams to resolve content-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate assessment notes to track issues and resolutions.
• Identify and champion process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of content operations.
• Contribute to meeting daily content catalog goals while upholding exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in content assessment, game testing, or comparable involvement in the technology, digital media, or related industries.
• Passion for technology and gaming.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in using various technical and workflow management tools (SharePoint, Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
• Ability to meet aggressive productivity targets with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve team goals.
• Strong ability to identify, communicate, and champion process improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in communications, marketing, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Prior game testing experience, test script creation, content assessment, or game application testing.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal partners.
