Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of our office space and facilities
• Overseeing IT infrastructure and ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Supporting acquisition and procurement processes
• Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Providing operational guidance to new employees and supporting onboarding processes
• Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintaining a high level of discretion

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in IT systems, including O365, SharePoint, and MS Office
• Experience with change management, software implementation, and systems development
