Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through live chat interactions, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems
  • Stay up-to-date with American Express products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
  • Utilize technology and software applications to manage customer interactions, track customer information, and analyze data to improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
