Front Office Lead - American Furniture Warehouse

The Front Office Lead will be responsible for coaching and guiding the Front Office department to ensure seamless customer interactions, accurate transactions, and adherence to AFW policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Renting AFW vehicles to customers and processing financing applications
• Assisting with customer transactions and supporting the Sales team with order completion
• Conducting cash drawer and safe/petty cash audits, reporting discrepancies to the AFW Management Team

We offer a starting pay of $19/hr and a comprehensive range of benefits. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• To adhere to AFW asset protection policies and identify potential fraud risks
• To maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate knowledge of our company values
• To possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments
• To be proficient in using technology, including iPad, Storis, Excel, and Windows

As a Front Office Lead, you will also be responsible for:

• Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members
• Appraising employee performance, communicating goals and expectations, and providing feedback and coaching
• Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to team members and partnering with selling and sales support associates to deliver superior customer service
