Remote Apple Support Specialist

As an Apple Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune, and serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune and utilize the Intune console to manage iPads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercises
• Perform duties as requested by management and document and troubleshoot any reported issues
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department and stay up-to-date on Corporate and IT policies and procedures
• Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking in troubleshooting techniques, and solid customer service and follow-up skills
• Comply with defined ITIL processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical support

Requirements:

• Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment is required
• Experience working with Intune is required
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
