2025 Summer Internship Opportunity: People Team (HR) - Remote, East Coast Hours, US Only

As a core member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives, collaborate with our Centers of Excellence, and develop a deep understanding of the HR lifecycle. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for a summer internship from Tuesday, May 27 - Friday, August 1, 2025. As a People Team Intern, you will be aligned with a Center of Excellence leader and work on projects such as career pathing, learning and development events, talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, workforce development, people technology, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with projects across our Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, People Experience, and People Solutions
• Support the design and implementation of a career framework that aligns with our values and goals
• Help organize and facilitate learning and development events for employees
• Contribute to our employer branding strategy and activities
• Participate in and promote our DEI initiatives
• Learn about the Mortgage Insurance and Real Estate industry through engagement in Radian National Training and homegenius learning support and initiatives
• Test processes and functionality in Workday for new or updated COE business processes
• Support department-wide initiatives and programs
• Learn and become familiar with a best-in-class Human Capital Management (HCM) system

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or similar focus (preferred)
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for people and culture topics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems
• Positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

• Competitive compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $22.00 to $26.00 based on skills, experience, and grade level
