Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, or chat

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the member experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and productivity
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work
