Guest Service Call Center Representative - Join the Magic of Walt Disney World Resort
Embark on an exciting career journey with Walt Disney World Resort as a Part-Time Call Center Representative in our state-of-the-art Guest Service Call Center! As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional guest service to a diverse range of guests, answering questions, and offering support for Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. This part-time role requires 3 full days of availability and offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.16, plus comprehensive benefits.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to resolve conflicts, make quick decisions, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. Our ideal candidate is proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment, comfortable working on dual monitors, and able to adapt to the fluctuating needs of our 24/7 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding guest service to a wide range of guests, including onsite visitors
- Answer general questions and offer support for Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Utilize conflict resolution skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and partnership
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment and comfortable working on dual monitors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and make decisions quickly
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Three weeks of full availability during training
- Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
