We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join our team at CSX. As a remote worker, you'll have the opportunity to provide top-notch support to our customers through online chat interactions, working collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing timely and accurate information on our services, policies, and procedures
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, offering suitable solutions and ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and updates to provide accurate information and support
  • Plan and manage your workload efficiently to meet service level agreements and adjust strategies as needed
  • Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve your skills and stay current with industry trends

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment
  • Technical proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
