About the Role

As Cluster Head - First Mile, you will own the onboarding and training of partners, driving key operational metrics, and ensuring compliance with processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to achieve team goals, identify gaps, and provide recommendations for improving our processes. Your expertise will help us build a supply chain that redefines the e-commerce experience in India and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and training of new partners for First Mile operations
• Identify and onboard new partners onto the network on an ongoing basis
• Track and own the performance of different partners in your cluster
• Conduct audits and solve operational gaps at partner facilities
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and drive key operational metrics

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline
• 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics domain
• Experience in partner onboarding and training in First Mile and sorting operations
• Experience in control tower and field operations is a plus
