Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly specialized professional to manage the urgent needs of one or more Agile product development teams. As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will work closely with product owners to organize back-office teams and engineers to get questions answered and code updates. You will be responsible for managing communication between stakeholders, defining mitigation strategies to address risks and issues, and providing clarity to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and integrate a group of health products, reflecting on risks and mitigation strategies.
• Report incidents to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration across portfolios and products.
• Create and configure application plans tailored to goals and strategies.
• Modify structures in response to changes.
• Understand resource management and its benefits.
• Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations.
• Support problem-solving and provide solutions.
• Facilitate incremental program sessions and pre-planning.
• Understand objectives and key results (OKR) framework and work with teams to measure results.
• Help allocate resources and provide teams with support.
• Work with product owners, scrum masters, and project managers to plan product release schedules.
• Understand and implement test automation processes.
• Provide new resources to support and develop personally while supporting the product team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• More than 3 years of experience in project or delivery management.
• Expert in Agile, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban processes.
• Experience as a Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Ability to develop and manage detailed plans, schedules, and strategic reports.
• Certified PMP, Pgmp, Agile, Safe RTE.
• 3+ years of Agile practice.
• Knowledge of e-commerce.
