Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer service and support to clients via phone and other communication channels
- Assist clients with plan enrollment, creating new accounts, and answering general plan questions
- Navigate our website and other systems to resolve client inquiries and issues
- Work independently in a remote setting and manage your own schedule

- Location: Remote work from the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA)
- Schedule: Flexible schedule opportunities, with hours of operation from 7am-8pm CT, Monday-Friday
- Contractual Relationship: Independent contractor relationship, with no benefits or employee status
