Customer Practice Manager, Media & Entertainment, US

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager (CPM) to lead and support transformative customer programs in the Media & Entertainment domain. As a trusted advisor, you will drive strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs. You will manage all aspects of business development, deal structuring, deal support, and ensure delivery excellence and project closure in assigned accounts or territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business outcomes by articulating accelerated customer outcomes through cloud transformation.
  • Execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps with a high bias for action to deliver results in ProServe and Platform bookings.
  • Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with AWS account team (direct sales).
  • Establish executive relationships across Business & Technology groups and executive sponsorship of programs.
  • Deliver on annual bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets with deal structure aligned with defined customer outcomes and AWS ProServe business objectives.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • 5+ years of Media & Entertainment Industry experience.
  • 8+ years of IT consulting and management experience in customer-facing roles.
  • A proven track record of scoping, selling, and delivering large-scale enterprise IT Transformation programs.
  • Experience in leading solutions that include core products, third-party products, and custom-built solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A consistent track record of achieving sales targets and opportunity management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including workgroup leadership and executive presentations.
  • Domain areas of expertise in 2 or more of the following: Content Production, Media Supply Chain, Direct to Consumer / Streaming, Customer Data Platform / Audience Monetization, Generative AI for Media & Entertainment workloads.
