We're seeking a customer-focused and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a vital part of our organization, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and building sustainable relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service via phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to their needs and concerns
• Participate in ongoing training and educational seminars to enhance knowledge and performance
• Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets, driving results and growth

Requirements and Skills:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center environment
• Proven track record of over-achieving quota and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and empathy
• Strong customer focus and adaptability to different personality types and situations
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
