Customer Service Representative - Behavioral Health (Remote)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Behavioral Health team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members to understand their health needs and provide personalized support
  • Review member claim history for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Explain member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they are informed and empowered
  • Build trusting relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive experience
  • Perform financial data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Preferred: Previous experience in behavioral health, medical, or insurance industry
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
