Our clients include police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor unions.

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You'll provide personalized support, answer questions, and offer guidance on our range of benefits. While sales opportunities may arise, our focus is on providing value-added services, not cold calling. If you're self-motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Requirements: • Flexible hours • Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus)
