We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dedicated Account Representative to join our Amex GBT Ovation team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated law firm, providing exceptional service to their travel contacts and travelers. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility, with a balance of remote work and collaboration in our office.

As a Dedicated Account Representative, you'll be responsible for managing daily client requests, providing proactive support, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Your expertise in Sabre, scripts, back office, and mid-office processes will be invaluable in driving success and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the client's primary point of contact for Sabre-related inquiries, including historical pricing, PNR invoicing, and HR feed support.
• Manage third-party billing, secure hotel folios, and forward them to clients for reconciliation.
• Oversee unused tickets, client reporting, and group booking processes in collaboration with our customers.
• Test and ensure accuracy in GDS and online booking tools (contracts for air, hotel, and car pricing).
• Research and resolve debit memos.
• Manage PRDS requests, load and maintain air and hotel rates, and identify rate loading discrepancies.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the corporate travel industry.
• Intermediate experience with Sabre, scripts, back office, and mid-office processes.
• Ability to work and negotiate with internal clients and airline partners.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel.
• Experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and special projects with stellar time management skills.

Compensation:

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
