As a Director of Sales - Revenue Management, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building market awareness, and expanding our presence in higher-tier life sciences organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales efforts by identifying and targeting potential life sciences clients to achieve revenue goals and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling value propositions and awareness campaigns.
• Leverage domain expertise and sales strategies to overcome objections and navigate complex buying cycles.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
• Engage with clients through face-to-face meetings and industry events to build trusted relationships and drive long-term partnerships.

What We're Looking For:

• Senior-level experience in SaaS sales within the life sciences sector, with a proven track record in complex sales cycles.
• Proven success in closing $5 million+ total contract value deals and achieving revenue growth targets.
• In-depth knowledge of government pricing, revenue management, and chargeback processes in the life sciences industry.
• Ability to commute to client locations across the US with 50% travel required.
• Sincere interest in helping life sciences organizations streamline their revenue management processes and achieve compliance goals.
• A knack for working independently in a field-based role within a matrix organization.
