We're seeking a charismatic and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Disney Store. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales in our stores. This is a seasonal, part-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a world-renowned brand and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional guest service and creating magical moments for customers of all ages
- Engaging with guests to understand their needs and making personalized recommendations
- Contributing to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that's entertaining, fun, and dynamic
- Assisting guests with finding solutions to meet their needs, leveraging all available resources, including Disneystore.com
- Maintaining Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual, and housekeeping
- Performing cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently and effectively
- Participating in shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and other operational tasks as needed
- Upholding company policies, including Standard Operating Procedures, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct
- Promoting and maintaining a safe working and shopping environment
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Retail or service experience, with a strong focus on guest engagement
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted)
- Availability to work a minimum of two shifts Monday through Friday and have weekend availability that meets the needs of the store's business
- Ability to lift boxes up to 45 lbs. and climb a ladder
- Verification of legal right to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
