About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in New York City. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients who have specialized technology staffing needs and finding highly skilled IT professionals to place into their open roles.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through proactive methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, referrals, and our internal database.
• Proactive business development, seeking out and building relationships with new and existing clients to identify new roles and opportunities.
• Full recruitment process management, including arranging job interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to ensure the successful placement of candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with outbound sales, with cold calling experience preferred.
• Previous recruitment experience, preferably handling a 360 desk (client and candidate-facing).
• Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of success, whether through sports, extracurricular activities, or previous sales roles.
• Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $49,000, with commission potential in Year 1, and uncapped earnings based on performance. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k options, long and short-term disability, life insurance, and 15 days of PTO in Year 1.
