Insurance Customer Service Representative (Fully Remote)

Job Overview Do you want to join a high-performing remote insurance agency? At The Avery Agency we work fully remote. We help clients in Missouri obtain and most importantly retain home, auto, and life insurance polices. (Hint: we are pretty good at it!) We're made up of hungry and high performing reps - all working together to be #1 in our State. Pay is hourly based on experience and frequent bonus opportunities will be available based on agency growth. Requirements

Licensing: Be ready to obtain the necessary licenses quickly. You must be licensed to in Property & Casualty insurance in Missouri. A Proven Track Record of Success: Bonus points for awards, achievements, or production numbers that prove you're a top performer. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Experience: Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or similar role. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy - Whether its connecting with clients emotionally on the very first call, supporting them through tough situations, or encouraging and uplifting your teammates. Technical Proficiency: Reliable computer with fast processing capability At least two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard Strong internet connection capable of supporting remote work Comfortable with modern software tools and CRM systems Winning Mindset & Integrity: Were building a culture of consistent top performers, and that starts with mindset. Responsibilities

Coordinate/manage: schedules, appointment setting, agency meetings, reminders, and more for the agency owner and our producers as needed. Handle certain inbound calls from current clients or prospects with care as instructed. Assisting with agency CRM systems on a day-to-day basis. Performing minor accounting duties. Helping onboard new customers by educating them how to sign their documents, fill out a 5-star google review, and help help cancel their current policy with their current company. Documenting processes, scripts, and procedures for the agency, such as step-by-step onboarding task lists for new clients. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records. Preparing data as daily reports to the agency owner and creating weekly data meeting reports for the agency. Engaging occasionally in marketing campaigns such as filling out mail for birthdays, thank you cards, quotes, and new prospecting mailers. Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as needed by the executive team. Work independently and at a high level without much supervision. Obtain a property and casualty license to help manage current customers as needed. We will pay for your license.
