Field Account Manager (Northern California Market) - Unlock Your Potential with Workwarp

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Account Manager to join our Activation Team in the Northern California market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing our strategic outreach vision, managing and growing a network of strategic accounts, and driving engagement with our clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic retail accounts to drive engagement and growth
  • Articulate our value proposition, overcome objections, and build trust and credibility with decision-makers to secure business
  • Coordinate and execute outreach events, communications, and marketing campaigns to generate high-quality student and learner inquiries
  • Provide remote and onsite support for students and learners at strategic retail partner locations and connect them to enrollment and academic teams as needed
  • Develop and manage a network of contacts and referral sources, and assess client needs to provide feedback to the leadership team
  • Collaborate with the larger Activation Team to ensure strategic alignment and adoption of best practices

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, business development, corporate outreach, and lead generation, preferably in the education industry
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Proven ability to close deals and drive business growth
  • Strong listening and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly alter outreach approach based on client response
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment
