Job Title: Front Line Manufacturing Manager (Downstream) - Night Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Line Manufacturing Manager to lead our downstream manufacturing team on the night shift at our state-of-the-art facility. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and compliant production of high-quality drug substances that improve the lives of patients worldwide.

About the Role

In this vital role, you will supervise a team of manufacturing associates, champion a safe and compliant production environment, and lead all aspects of technical, on-the-floor operations in a biotechnology drug substance operation. You will also support the development of your staff through coaching, hiring, and mentorship, and assist in defining area objectives, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading change efforts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with cGMP and CFR regulations
• Supervise and develop a team of manufacturing associates
• Lead technical, on-the-floor operations in downstream manufacturing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete production activities
• Develop, implement, and assess CAPAs and solutions to complex problems
• Interact with management to plan, develop, and maintain budgets and department goals

What We Expect from You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing or operations, and a passion for leadership and team development. You should have:

• High school diploma/GED and 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or equivalent
• Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, or programs
• Basic understanding of downstream purification operations and cGMP manufacturing facilities
• Strong leadership, teambuilding, and communication skills

Salary Range: $112,563.00 - $132,215.00
