As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for presenting products in a way that captivates consumers at our customer retail locations. You will service and maintain multiple Convenience Retail, Drug, and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and packages using safe handling techniques and following all quality guidelines.

Job Overview

• Territory: Northern Kentucky and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 pm start time

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise and rotate products in cold vaults and on shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Fill and merchandise coolers within outlets and on sales floors
• Organize and maintain back room coolers, including stacking and arranging product, and disposing of cardboard and plastic
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Effective communication skills, including listening, speaking, and writing
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse customers
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
• Critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy with current coverage
