Responsibilities:

• Picking parts in an assigned zone, quickly and accurately
• Inspecting and receiving product, prepackaging product for bin/emergency stock, and performing quality control checks
• Packaging tasks, including reviewing pack lists, verifying correct parts, and preparing products for shipping
• Acting as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, and PDC, answering product questions and handling customer change-order requests
• Performing inventory counts, investigating customer complaints, and updating inventory stock levels

Requirements:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
• Dependable, responsible, and committed to excellence and success
• Physical ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions, lift up to 35 lbs., and stand for long periods
