The Role:

As our Group Director, New Business Development, you will spearhead the creation of innovative business opportunities with prestigious brand partners, driving our growth strategy forward. You will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement a comprehensive new business development strategy, fostering relationships with potential clients, and negotiating and finalizing new business contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a robust new business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets
• Lead the agency's senior leadership team in driving growth and achieving growth targets
• Research and identify qualified prospects, cultivate emerging opportunities, and generate high-value leads
• Nurture connections with influential stakeholders and decision-makers to foster long-term client relationships
• Regularly report on the sales pipeline and forecast future opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support business development efforts

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in new business development, with a proven track record of success
• Expertise in creating and implementing effective strategies to generate new business
• Extensive network of contacts and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven professional with a consistent track record of exceeding expectations
• Previous agency experience and ability to travel (min 30%)
